"The deciding factors were planning power and production capability."

Could you tell us why you chose Movie Impact?

Among the proposals we received, we felt Movie Impact's planning power and production capability were especially high. We wanted captions and narration, but internally had no clear image of how to translate that into video, and were reaching out to several companies.

Movie Impact listened carefully, devised a plan and structure based on what they heard, and even worked it into a storyboard. By making the plan concrete and visual, we could clearly share the world of the video — even with multiple stakeholders involved. That's where we felt their high planning ability.

On the production side, the fact that Movie Impact completes everything in-house was reassuring. Some companies handle only planning and leave filming and editing to partners, which can make production hard to control. The one-stop, flexible setup was another reason we chose them.

What was your impression of the video?

We wanted to create anticipation and excitement within the video. We worried that adding narration might make the tone drop and feel subdued. But by communicating closely during production, they ultimately delivered a balanced video that conveys excitement while firmly delivering the message.

How did it feel to watch the video at the entrance ceremony?

| Mr. Nishiyama (new graduate hire, FY2025, who watched it at the ceremony)

At my first time meeting all of management, while extremely nervous, I was shown this video — and I could feel an excited "I'm going to work at this company now!" It wasn't a stiff message; it let me picture the anticipation ahead and how I'd work.

| Mr. Yukawa

Creating the video together with Movie Impact — the filming, the performers they arranged, and the narration — I feel the entrance-ceremony video was completed as a work with real story for the first time. It wasn't just a hype video; we firmly conveyed the company's message of welcoming the new graduates, and I'm truly grateful.
